Overview of Mindy Support’s Trip to the ADAS & Automotive Vehicle Expo in Stuttgart

As you may already know, our CEO Evgenia Mocanu and Head of Business Development & Project Office, Alina Koval, recently completed a business trip in Germany. One of the stops of this trip was the ADAS Expo in Stuttgart, where they met with lots of prospective clients and partners. We would like to share with you some of the highlights of the expo and the results that were achieved. However, before we get into all of that, let’s provide some context on what the ADAS Expo was all about.

Background Information on the ADAS Expo

The ADAS & Automotive Vehicle Expo was held on June 13-15 in Stuttgart and attracted over 120 expert speakers discussing the key topics concerning the development and testing of safe autonomous driving and ADAS technologies. This includes software, AI and deep learning, sensor fusion, virtual environments, verification and validation of autonomous systems, testing, and development tools and technologies, real-world word test and deployment, and standards and regulations.

Both Evgenia and Alina met with industry leaders who were looking to actualize data annotation projects and were interested in the added value that Mindy Support provides. They were especially interested in our extensive expertise in the automotive industry to help them accelerate end-to-end autonomous and ADAS applications, including testing tools, simulation, software, sensing, and AI. Overall, there were many productive meetings with new companies, learning about the services and expertise of Mindy Support.

A Lot of Conferences Were Held at the Expo

Over the course of the expo, there were lots of conferences held on topics such as accelerating the development of safe ADAS and AD systems, vision, sensing, mapping and positioning, best practices, standards, and regulations for the deployment of safe ADAS and autonomous driving, and many more. As we mentioned earlier, Mindy Support has extensive expertise in the automotive industry and is able to actualize projects in these areas and others as well.

New Connections Were Made, and Knowledge Gained

One of the great things about in-person events is that there are a lot of opportunities to meet new people and learn something from them. This was certainly the case with the ADAS Expo. Some of the leading company representatives and researchers were in attendance, presenting the latest research and technologies. “This was a great opportunity for us to share ideas, gain valuable feedback and get insights into the latest trends,” said Evgenia Mocanu. “As a global data annotation provider, it is important for us to get a sneak peek into what leaders in the ADAS space are working on and what are the current and upcoming trends.”
