Mindy Support, a global company for data annotation and BPO, is excited to announce the launch of its new quality services for data annotation – quality validation and quality assurance (QA). The services will help companies to be always sure that the necessary quality level has been achieved by their in-house teams or data labeling providers, to correct their work if necessary, or cross-check between different vendors. 

Mindy’s Quality Validation service is basically a data annotation ‘emergency help’ for companies that face quality challenges with their current vendors or need third-party expert feedback if the needed quality level was achieved. The service includes a quality check of annotations or pre-annotations on the required metrics, adjustments or creation of the labels to meet the required accuracy level, and quality control of the output data. 

Another our new service, Quality Assurance, is a complex consulting solution for companies that would like to train their in-house quality teams or are looking for a knowledgeable and reliable partner to outsource their data labeling quality processes. The service includes a quality check of annotations or pre-annotations on the required metrics, collection of the statistics and compiling reports on the achieved quality level, provision of feedback and requests to the team for rework, and support with corrective measurements and the project’s guidelines adoption.
