Challenge

Having dozens of clients who need continuous support of dealing with reputation management, social media management, and an increase of brand awareness, our client was forced to do everything by themselves or to employ high-skilled resources to help with important but time and cost-consuming tasks.

Solution

When we a clear understanding of our client’s pain points and their goals, we proposed the following solution:

 

One will be responsible for managing the reputation of the customers’ brands: complex monitoring of social networks and web; working with negative feedback and comments; positive PR coverage through blogs, forums, review platforms, etc.

The other person will focus on managing the customer’s brands on social media: creating and posting on Social Media Pages (Facebook, Twitter, Medium, Telegram (channel), Reddit, Linkedin (Optional: Slack, Steemit), BitCoinTalk); manually inviting the target audience to groups; commenting and sharing to increase the involvement of the TA; creating landing pages and banners for webinars in order to expand the database of potential clients (leads).

Results

To sum up, both activities helped our client’s customers increase their online reputation and attract investors. In 3 months, the total amount of investments into the  ICOs of the customer increased  2X.
