Recapping All the Events That Made 2024 Stand Out!
And so it came to pass. Another year in the books. One of Mindy Support’s most resilient and determined years. A year, full of challenges that brought our agility and adaptability to the test: from an evolving industry landscape to addressing complex client demands. While all of this wasn’t easy, the sheer number of Data annotation and BPO projects we realized demonstrates the trust we’ve established as a key player in the AI and BPO spaces. Our teamwork and innovation allowed us to overcome the hurdles along the way, and we delivered tremendous results to our clients by meeting our commitment to quality. Today we want to recap the milestones, events and the successes which marked our journey in 2024.
Expanding our Global Footprint
In 2024, Mindy Support reached a new phase of growth by expanding our footprint to additional important and strategic locations across the globe. In addition to our established locations in Cyprus, Ukraine, India, the Philippines, and Egypt, we expanded to over 20 new countries across 4 continents this year – from Brazil and Peru to Japan and South Korea, from Norway and Denmark to Germany and the Netherlands, and from Suriname to Morocco. Thanks to our geographical expansion, we are now able to tap into a wider talent pool of candidates and offer a tailored and supportive approach in recruiting solutions for our clients in various markets. With these new locations, we’ve increased our agility and ability to deliver high quality Data annotation, LLM training and business process outsourcing (BPO) services on a global level.
One of the main outcomes of our expanding footprint is that we are now able to offer multilingual services in over 40 languages to keep up with the surging demand for local expertise in AI and other industries. With teams strategically placed in culturally and linguistically diverse regions, we can now support clients with global operations while maintaining a local touch. This has further strengthened our worldwide recruiting capabilities as well has reinforced our determination to diversity, inclusivity, and service excellence. We’re also strengthening our Latin American presence and enhancing EU-based services, driving new opportunities for collaboration and innovation. Our growth in countries like the Philippines, Singapore, and Taiwan continues to cement our leadership in the Data Annotation and BPO market.
Expanding Our Service Offering
One of the biggest leaps we made in 2024 was launching Generative AI services, an important step towards improving Large Language Models (LLM). With this approach, we were better positioned to help clients build cutting edge AI systems capable of producing human-like text, natural language understanding, and powering exciting applications across industry. Our expertise now includes:
- Data Collection – We gather high-quality, diverse data to support the development of accurate and scalable AI models. Our process ensures the data is relevant, well-structured, and aligned with project goals, enhancing AI performance and reliability.

It’s Been a Busy Year for Our BPO Teams
Switching gears to BPO, this year we were able to step up and provide some of the most exceptional customer support, which proved to be a differentiator in terms of responsiveness and client satisfaction. To enhance this further, we integrated AI-powered customer support systems that enabled faster issue resolution, intelligent ticket routing, and personalized client interactions. Our dedicated support teams worked around the clock to ensure smooth communication and immediate resolutions of challenges regardless of complexity. With a global presence and multilingual capabilities, we established mutual trust and collaborated seamlessly with clients across different time zones. We turned over every rock this year to deliver forward-thinking solutions, providing strategic counsel to guide clients through an ever-changing technological landscape. By prioritizing flexibility and understanding, we once again proved to be a reliable partner, empowering clients to confidently and efficiently achieve their goals.
Meeting Our Clients in the USA and Europe
There is nothing like meeting customers face-to-face to get a better understanding of the challenges they face and how well we are positioned to address those challenges. One such rewarding trip was to the WCX conference in Detroit where we met with prospects and customers and gained knowledge of the state of the art in technology and innovation. The event offered additional opportunities to network and get insights, which also strengthened our relationships, and kept us in front of emerging trends in the automotive and AI space.
Another productive trip to California allowed Mindy Support’s representatives to meet with clients, deepen relationships, and uncover new opportunities for collaboration, all while gaining valuable insights into each client’s unique needs. But we didn’t stop there – we made our way to Austin and North Carolina, reinforcing our dedication to being present where our clients need us most.
At Mindy Support, we’re always ready to come to the USA – ensuring that we’re not just a partner, but a constant, reliable presence. This direct engagement helps us stay ahead of market trends, tailor our services, and drive our clients toward their goals.
We also took this same approach to Germany, meeting with key clients to strengthen partnerships, solve challenges, and explore new collaborative opportunities. These in-person connections continue to shape the future of our services, reinforcing our promise of high-quality, bespoke solutions for both the U.S. and European markets.

As we reflect on an exceptionally successful and productive year, I am incredibly proud of the strides we’ve made at Mindy Support in 2024. We’ve grown our international footprint and provided innovative services like Generative AI, while reinforcing ties with clients in regions like the US and EU. I’m proud of our team’s commitment to creating excellent futures founded on our ability to adapt to whatever challenges come our way, and am confident we are well set up for continued success in the years ahead.
