  • Where will my dedicated team be located?

    In one of our 6 offices in Ukraine: Kyiv, Ternopil, Rivne, Lutsk, Poltava, or Sumy. The largest office is located in Poltava, the youngest one is Sumy, the main center is in Kyiv, BPO projects are typically located in Ternopil or Kyiv etc.

  • How are the KPIs determined?

    Before the start of the project, we will sit down with you and go over the expected KPIs and how the results will be measured. While ultimately you will determine the KPIs, we will provide you with some guidance based on our past experiences.


  • Which tools do you work with to complete BPO tasks?

    We work with a wide range of CRMs, databases and software. We will discuss the tools needed for the project with you. We will approve the required tools with you and will cover the implementation and training of the team.

Recruitment process

  • How quickly can you assemble a dedicated offshore team?

    Since Mindy Support is the largest BPO provider in Ukraine and one of the largest in Eastern Europe in general, we can assemble even the largest teams quickly. The exact time frames will depend on the specifications of each individual project.

  • How do you recruit candidates?

    Each project is assigned a dedicated recruitment and HR team to source and recruit the candidates. We use the following channels to find the exact people you are looking for to assemble your team:

    We also have 4 steps of interviewing process (phone screening; oral interview with the Recruiter; written test tasks (English level, hard skill test); Oral interview with the Project Manager responsible for the exact project. For the BPO and CS project, we provide clients with the opportunity to interview the final candidates we select for the projects (as a 5th step).
