As we begin 2026, we reflect on a year defined by growth, innovation, and meaningful partnerships. Throughout 2025, Mindy Support remained focused on enabling global organizations to deliver smarter, faster, and more responsible AI solutions – powered by high-quality data and expert human insight. Over the past year, we expanded into new services, launched hybrid frameworks, and strengthened our position as a trusted data partner for technology-driven enterprises worldwide.
New Services and Capabilities
A key milestone this year was the expansion of our LLM Training Services, now available in more than 85 languages. Our globally distributed teams of native-speaking domain experts work closely with clients to train, fine-tune, and validate large language models. This local presence ensures linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and deep domain alignment across diverse industries.
Our Data Collection division also grew rapidly, now supporting complex, multilingual, and multimodal datasets – spanning audio, text, video, and image formats. This capability allows us to provide tailored datasets that power cutting-edge AI systems across sectors including healthcare, automotive, retail, and gaming.
While Data Annotation remains one of our core strengths, this year we focused on advancing our processes through smarter tooling, scalability improvements, and enhanced quality validation methods. By combining automation with a hybrid AI + Human annotation approach, our specialists deliver exceptional precision across projects that require classification, segmentation, labeling, or complex contextual understanding-at scale and with consistent quality.
Alongside this, we introduced our Human + AI Hybrid Model for Customer Support – a framework that unites automation and human expertise. AI handles the first-line, high-volume requests with speed and consistency, while our support professionals take care of nuanced or high-stakes interactions. This hybrid approach has already shown remarkable improvements in resolution time and customer satisfaction.
Key Projects and Highlights
Throughout 2025, our teams worked on a variety of projects that pushed the boundaries of AI application. From content moderation systems capable of detecting harmful language in online platforms, to advanced visual mapping tasks reconstructing infrastructure networks from aerial and satellite imagery – our data and annotation experts demonstrated exceptional technical capability and focus.
We also contributed to several analytics and research initiatives designed to track human activity, sports performance, and environmental changes. Across all projects, our mission remained consistent: to deliver reliable data and human insight that make intelligent technologies safer and more efficient.
Roadshows and Global Presence
This year, Mindy Support strengthened its global presence through multiple roadshows and industry events. Our leadership team visited partners and potential clients in the United States (Silicon Valley), engaged with prospects and existing clients during targeted visits in the Netherlands, and participated in IAA Mobility in Munich – one of Europe’s most influential technology events. In addition, our CEO, Igor Tkach, traveled to Sweden to develop strategic partnerships and meet with prospective clients. These in-person engagements allowed us to explore emerging industry trends and foster strong, long-term relationships with innovators and business leaders worldwide.
